Bandra - Once again, BMC has failed on its part. Despite SC order of filling potholes before Ganesh festival, Bandra's S V Road is filled with potholes and loose paver blocks. Instead of filling potholes with cement & concrete, BMC officials did the patch up work by using paver blocks. But,even these paver blocks became loose due to rainfall crreati9ng problem for motorists.
