Dahisar- On 19th January, residents of R North ward were not able to pay their bills as the servers were down. When Mumbai Live reporter spoke to the authorities concerned, he was told that server is down in 28 BMC offices and had no knowledge when it will resume. “BMC should have told people about the server problem. Many residents had come to pay the bill by taking a half day,” said Congress women’s chief Sheetal Mhatre.
