The CIDCO has appealed to all consumers in its administrative area who have pending water charges to clear their outstanding dues on or before March 31, 2026. CIDCO has also cautioned that consumers who fail to clear their pending dues within the stipulated time may face penal action as per CIDCO rules, and if necessary, their water supply may be disconnected.

CIDCO provides water supply to the villages and nodes within its administrative area. In order to ensure regular and uninterrupted water supply, as well as to carry out routine maintenance and repair works efficiently, it is essential that consumers pay their water charges on time.

Therefore, consumers whose water charges remain outstanding are requested to clear their pending dues on or before March 31, 2026. CIDCO has further warned that failure to pay the outstanding water charges within the prescribed time may lead to penal action against the concerned consumers in accordance with CIDCO regulations, which may also include disconnection of the water supply.

Consumers have the option to pay their water charges online, at authorised collection centres, or at the concerned CIDCO office. In addition, if there are any discrepancies or queries in the water bill, consumers are advised to immediately contact the concerned CIDCO office so that appropriate action can be taken in this regard.

The CIDCO Administration has appealed to all concerned consumers to cooperate by clearing their outstanding water charges within the stipulated period, thereby helping in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted water supply system.
