CR Announces Special Trains To/From Mumbai To clear Passenger Rush

Central Railways (CR) have decided to restore the run of Train No. 18029/18030 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) – Shalimar – Lokmanya Tilak Daily Express for the convenience of passengers. The details are as under:

Train No. 18029 will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 22.00 hrs daily with effect from 14.7.2022 till further advice and will arrive Shalimar at 11.35 hrs on third day.
Train No. 18030 will leave Shalimar at 15.35 hrs daily with effect from 12.7.2022 till further advice and will arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 04.05 hrs on third day.

Composition: Two AC-2 Tier, Six AC-3 Tier, 8 Sleeper Class and 4 General second class including brake vans and 2 Parcel vans.

Halts: Thane, Kalyan, Nashik Road, Manmad, Chalisgaon, Pachora, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Varangaon (for 18029 only), Bodwad, Malkapur, Nandura, Shegaon, Akola, Murtajapur, Badnera, Dhamangaon, Pulgaon, Wardha, Ajni, Nagpur (on Central Railway).

Reservation: Bookings for Train no. 18029 will open on 10.7.2022 at all computerised reservation centers and on website www.irctc.co.in. General second class coaches will run as Unreserved Coaches tickets can be booked through UTS.  

Additionally, railways will run a special train between Chhapra and Panvel to clear the extra rush of passengers as per details given below:

05193 special will leave Chhapra at 15.20 hrs on 13.7.2022 and arrive Panvel at 21.45 hrs next day.
05194 special will leave Panvel at 23.15 hrs on 14.7.2022 and arrive Chhapra at 08.50 hrs on third day.

Halts: Ballia, Gyanpur City, Varanasi, Banaras, Prayagraj, Satna, Katni, Jabalpur, Itarsi, Bhusaval, Nashik Road, Kalyan.
Composition: 10 Sleeper Class, Two AC-3 Tier, 8 General Second Class including 2 Guard’s Brake Vans.

Reservation: Bookings for Train No.05194 on special charges will open on 12.7.2022 at all computerised reservation centres and on website www.irctc.co.in
