Diwali-Chhat Special: CR to extend run of weekly trains to/from Mumbai, Pune

Central Railway (CR) will extend run of LTT-Danapur Diwali-Chhat Special and will also run 28 additional festival specials between Pune-Danapur / Kanpur to clear the extra rush of passengers during the festival.

The details are as under:

A) LTT-Danapur Diwali-Chhat Special has been extended from running weekly to 4 days in a week - 42 trips (22 ICF Coaches)

01409 Special will now leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 12.15 hrs every Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 28.10.2023 to 02.12.2023 (21trips) and arrive Danapur at 17.00 hrs next day.

01410 Special will leave Danapur at 18.15 hrs o­n every Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 29.10.2023 to 03.12.2023 (21Trips) and arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 23.55 hrs next day.

Halts: Kalyan,Igatpuri, Nashik Road, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Pipariya, Jabalpur, Katni, Maihar, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn., Buxar, Ara and Danapur

Composition: 22 ICF Coaches as follows-22 General Second Class including 2 Guard’s Brake Van-( In which 10 coaches will be run in reserved condition)

B) 28 additional weekly services between Pune-Danapur / Kanpur  

Pune-Danapur weekly special-8 trips (21 LHB coaches)

01415 Weekly special will leave Pune at 19.55 hrs o­n every Friday from 10.11.2023 to 01.12.2023 (4trips) and arrive Danapur at 04.30 hrs third day.

01416 Weekly special will leave Danapur at 06.30 hrs o­n every Sunday from 12.11.2023 to 03.12.2023 (4Trips) and arrive Pune at 17.35 hrs next day.

Halts: Daund Chord Line, Ahmednagar, Belapur, Kopargaon, Ankai, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Pipariya, Jabalpur, Katni, Maihar, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn., Buxar, Ara and Danapur

Composition: 21 LHB Coaches as follows-20 General Second Class including 2 Guard’s Brake Van ( In which 10 coaches will be run in reserved condition) and o­ne Luggage cum generator / brake van

Pune-Danapur weekly special-10 trips (23 ICF coaches)

01039 Weekly special will leave Pune at 19.55 hrs o­n every Saturday from 04.11.2023 to 02.12.2023 (5 trips) and arrive Danapur at 04.30 hrs third day.

01040 Weekly special will leave Danapur at 06.30 hrs o­n every Monday from 06.11.2023 to 04.12.2023 (5 trips) and arrive Pune at 17.35 hrs next day.

Halts: Daund Chord Line, Ahmednagar, Belapur, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa( o­nly for 01039) , Itarsi, Pipariya, Jabalpur, Katni, Maihar, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn., Buxar, Ara and Danapur

Composition: 23 ICF Coaches as follows- Two AC 2-Tier, Six AC 3-Tier, 10 Sleeper Class and 5 General Second Class including 2 Guard’s Brake Van

Pune-Kanpur weekly special-10 trips (23 ICF coaches)

01037 Weekly special will leave Pune at 06.35 hrs o­n every Wednesday from 01.11.2023 to 29.11.2023 (5 trips) and arrive Kanpur at 07.10 hrs next day.

01038 Weekly special will leave Kanpur at 08.50 hrs o­n every Thursday from 02.11.2023 to 30.11.2023 (5 trips) and arrive Pune at 12.05 hrs next day.

Halts: Daund Chord Line, Ahmednagar, Belapur, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa,  Itarsi, Rani Kamlapati (Habibganj), Bina, Virangna Lakshmibai Jhansi, Urai and Kanpur

Composition: 23 ICF Coaches as follows- Two AC 2-Tier, Six AC 3-Tier, 10 Sleeper Class and 5 General Second Class including 2 Guard’s Brake Van

Reservation: Bookings for additional trips of train No 01409, 01415, 01039 and 01037 has opened today, October 30, 2023 at all computerized reservation centres and o­n website www.irctc.co.in
