Lower Parel - This series of development to showcase great work report is troubling the commuters. This is all happening due to the upcoming municipal election. Shiv Sena's corporator Kishori Pednekar started pipeline work in Lower Parel premises. The road was dug 15 days ago. Commuters are facing a lot of problem due to this, traffic congestion is also occurring disrupting the smooth run of vehicles. "The pipeline work will be completed in three days", told civic officer Pandurang Kadam.
