Chembur – After the completion of work on the monorail, the civic body and the MMRDA had built new footpaths on RC road in Chembur. Within two years, these footpaths are in a bad shape as many gutter lids and paver blocks are in a broken condition. This has been creating problems for people using these footpaths and local residents have demanded action against the contractor concerned for poor quality of the work done.
