Know Your Ward! B Ward (Mohd Ali Road, Dongri, Bhendi Bazaar)

B ward of Mumbai is believed to be of utmost significance since it houses the offices of many political parties and government departments.

Presently there are two corporators in the B ward and even after the new ward structure of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) in 2022, there will be two corporators in this ward.

The ward is spread over an area of 2.84 sq.km and the total population of this ward is nearly 127,290.

Geographical Information

The southern border extends up to Lokmanya Tilak Marg, while the northern border extends up to Jinabhai Mulji Road, Shivdas Chapsi Road and Ramchandra Bhatta Marg. The eastern border is up to P D Mello Road while the western border up to Ibrahim Rahimatullah Road, Abdul Rehman Street.
