Attention! No water supply in Thane for 24 hours from March 17 midnight

Water supply in Kalwa, Mumbra, and Diva areas will be shut off from Monday night to Tuesday night due to urgent repairs at the Jambhul Water Treatment Plant.

The Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) will be carrying out essential maintenance work at the Jambhul Water Treatment Plant. As a result, the water supply between Katai and Thane will be disrupted for 24 hours, starting from midnight on Monday, March 17, 2025, to midnight on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. This will affect the water supply in Kalwa, Mumbra, and Diva areas within the Thane Municipal Corporation limits.

Once the water supply resumes on Tuesday night, it will be at low pressure for a few hours. Citizens are urged to store enough water in advance and avoid wastage of water during this period.
