Due to essential maintenance and repair work at the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation's (MIDC) Jambhul Water Treatment Plant, there will be a temporary suspension of water supply from midnight on Thursday, April 24, 2025, until midnight on Friday, April 25, 2025 — a total duration of 24 hours.
As a result, areas under the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) including Diva, Mumbra (except parts of Ward No. 26 and 31), and all areas under the Kalwa Ward Committee, as well as Rupadevi Pada, Kisan Nagar No. 2, and Nehru Nagar in the Wagle Ward Committee, and Kolse Khalsa Gaon under the Majivda-Manpada Ward Committee, will experience a complete water supply shutdown during this period.

Citizens are also requested to note that water pressure may be low for 1–2 days after supply is restored. The TMC has appealed to residents to use water judiciously and cooperate during this maintenance period.
