Kandivali- A local resident Ramesh Gaikwad has alleged Congress Corporator Ram Ashish Gupta of violating the election code of conduct in ward 29 that lies in Kandivali east.
According to Gaikwad, Gupta violated Code of Conduct and carried on with the development works in the area in order to woo voters. Gupta has started the gutter repairs work and laying of the tiles in the ward. Gaikwad has alleged that personal works have also been undertaken from the corporator's funds.
When Mumbai Live checked with Gupta, he said that the works have been undertaken by the BMC a long while ago.
