Dharavi - Shaheed Abdul Hameed Park in Dharavi is in a bad shape. This park was repaired a year ago, but to everyone's surprise, the condition of the park is worsening with every passing month. None of the civic workers took any efforts in maintaining the park. Residents are parking their vehicles inside the garden cause' of which kids cannot play in the park. Lights in the park are missing. The park is open for public from 4 am - 8 am and 6 pm - 10 pm.
Resident Saleem Patel told Mumbai Live,"Anti-social elements throng during afternoon causing nuisance in the park, due to which no one visits the park during the afternoon. We want the municipal corporation to pay attention towards the park as it is named and constructed in memory of a martyr."
