Khar - Subways are to make life easy for pedestrians, but the subway at Deepkwadi Khar east is proving other wise. Constant water leakage irrespective of season, lack of adequate lights and the entire area filled with muck and garbage is causing grave inconvenience to the pedestrians who are accusing PWD of lack of efficiency and accountability.
