500 mm diameter valve of inlet water channel of Siddheshwar aqueduct under Uthalsar Ward Committee in Thane Municipal Corporation area is required to be replaced.
As the valve replacement work on the said water channel will be taken up on Thursday 14/12/2023, water supply will be shut off for a total of 12 hours from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. During the said shutdown period, the Thane Municipal Corporation will close down Siddheshwar Watershed, Eternity Watershed, Johnson Watershed, Samata Nagar Watershed, Dosti Watershed, Mhada Watershed, Viviana Mall and Akriti Watershed etc. Water supply to parts will be completely shut off for 12 hours.

Citizens should please note that water supply will be at low pressure for the next 1 to 2 days after the water supply starts. Also, Thane Municipal Corporation has appealed to use water sparingly and sparingly during the period of water shortage.
