Kandivali- Samta Nagar police came across an unusual case where 17 years old boy committed an unpardonable crime. Abhishek Pandey (17) is now behind bars for raping his 7 years old sister for months. He was doing it till the girl fell ill. Initially, the girl did not disclose any details but as her health deteriorated, her parents came to know.
When parents got to know, they did not file complaint neither they took her to the hospital. However, her health deteriorated and she was admitted to the hospital. Samta Nagar police got the hint and they arrested accused Abhishek and booked him under section 377, 376 of IPC and POCSO act. Abhishek has been sent to the remand home.
