Wadala- The Wadala TT police have arrested Rasool Hashmat Khan for running an illegal business of handcarts. Police say Khan would charge Rs 100 per handcart and rent them out. During a raid on a workshop, the police seized 25 handcarts which were due for repair works.
The number of handcarts have increased in the area of Wadala’s Sangam Nagar, Shanti Nagar and Bhartiya Kamla Nagar leading to traffic woes, said Sushil Kamble, Senior PI, Wadala. This raid was conducted by PI Deepak Salunkhe and his team, where they busted accused Rasool’s workshop.
