Kurla GRP has arrested a man accused of molesting a 30-year-old woman working in a chartered accountant's office. According to the Kurla GRP report, the incident occurred at 8:20 pm on Tuesday when the woman was crossing the footbridge from platform number five to one. A man approached her from behind and touched her inappropriately.
Seeing the attacker's actions, the woman turned to face him, causing him to immediately flee the scene. After the woman screamed for help, two on-duty police constables immediately caught the suspect.
Kurla GRP senior police inspector Shardul Valmiki confirmed that the man was caught, taken to the police station and later arrested after interrogation.
