Recently, a video went viral on the internet showing a 21-year-old man lying on the bonnet of a moving BMW on a busy street of Mumbai in the broad daylight. He has been identified as Subham Mitalia and is taken into the custody following the incident sparked on social media.
The incident took place near Shivaji Chowk in Kalyan area of Mumbai, on Saturday, May 25.
Mumbai police also responded to the video and tagged Mumbai Traffic Police on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Meanwhile, it has come to light that the person driving the car was 17-year-old boy. The police revealed that the car is the name of the minor's father, who is a government official.
A case was also registered against the driver's father for allowing his underage son to drive without a registered driver's license. Further investigation is in the process.
The video quickly spread across social media platforms, drawing attention from netizens.
Pedestrians and other commuters who witnessed the incident were shocked to witness this act.
This incident comes just days after a road accident involving a minor driving plush car Porsche in Pune killed two persons. Both the incidents have sparked debate on the internet about traffic and road safety regulations.
