The program was organised in such a grand manner for political reasons that it was completely mismanaged, advocate Sarode informed the media at Panvel. In this case, the organiser of the ceremony is the accused. Also, since these organisers are high-ranking officials of the government, an application has been made to get permission from the government to pursue this case in the court against the government officials. Important issues like misuse of government funds have been pointed out in this petition, Adv. Sarode said.
