A few months ago, a 15-year-old girl was gang-raped in Vile Parle when she went to her neighbour's house for some work. But to her dismay, there was no one in the house but the 21-year-old boy who took advantage of the situation and raped her.

He not only raped the girl but shot a video of the same. Later, he threatened her using the video and kept on raping her until one day he made his friends gang-rape her.

What's The Story?

The victim’s parents are daily wagers and mostly leave home in the morning and return late in the night. A few days ago, the victim went to the 21-year-old culprit's house with an academic query. He then raped the young girl and threatened her with the video he shot of the heinous crime.

He then forced her to get physical with his friends as well. She couldn't take it and narrated the entire incident to her mother who then filed a police complaint on February 2, 2018.

Following the complaint, police arrested the accused, Siddhesh Dhuri, Mayur Kotvalkar, Saurabh Rane, Akshay Borkar, Mayur Chavhan, Abhijeet Jadiyar under rape, molestation, POCSO and threatening charges on Saturday.

On Sunday they were presented in the Bandra's holiday court where they were sentenced to police custody until February 12.

It is being said that the accused Siddhesh Dhuri is associated with some political party.
