Wadala – Wadala police have arrested a post master from Wadala Truck Terminus post office for grabbing the amount of Rs 15 lakh from his office. According to information, Deepak Harishchandra Gawali (46) is the name of the accused. When senior officers inspected the accounts in the post office, they found that an amount of Rs 15 lakh was missing from there. This was immediately reported to the police and senior police inspector Sushil Kamble initiated the probe. PI Mohan Yedurkar arrested the post master who later accepted his crime. He told the police that he distributed the amount among his friends. Meanwhile, police have recovered an amount of Rs 6 lakh and the further investigation is underway in this case.
