Police have busted an alleged prostitution racket operating from a spa at Star Mall near Shivaji Park in Dadar, Mumbai. Acting on a tip-off, police raided Rebel Thai Spa at the mall and allegedly found a prostitution operation being run from the premises. During the raid, six women aged between 25 and 30 were rescued, while four people were arrested in connection with the case.
The raid was carried out after police received information about the alleged activities at the spa. Further investigation is underway to determine the role of those arrested and the extent of the alleged racket.
Police are also examining the circumstances under which the women were brought to the establishment and whether any further individuals were involved in operating the alleged network.
