CST - In shocking series of events, an income tax officer has slapped a ticket collector at CST.This happened on Saturday night .This is supposedly 4 th incident of TC getting physically assaulted. At the exit of platform no 14 and 15 TC s.k Gupta was on duty. He asked Rishikumar Singh for a ticket .Since Singh did not have a ticket he was asked to pay fine . Which led to an altercation between the two and resulted in Singh slapping Gupta .Singh is arrested by railway police.
