It is being said that Maharashtra SSC Board Results will be published by the State Education Department in the next few days, and students are eagerly awaiting for the same.

The state government of Maharashtra recently announced the results for HSC (standard 12) board examinations, and now students who appeared for the SSC (standard 10) board examinations are speculating their results to be announced soon too. 

It is being said that the same will be published by the State Education Department in the next few days, and students are eagerly awaiting for the same. Post the results are announced, colleges across Maharashtra will begin the admissions for FYJC (standard 11) and keeping the same, several students across the state have started preparations for the admissions. 

The online form for the admission in FYJC has been released, and students will be required to submit several documents to secure their place in the chosen or selected colleges. Below-mentioned are the documents which colleges will require to admit the students in engineering diploma, degree and other professional courses.

  • Proof of age, domicile and nationality
  • In case a candidate does not have domicile for engineering course, they can use the result of 10th and 12th examination for the same. Their birth certificate can also be used for admissions.

If born in Maharashtra

  • Student's birth certificate or school leaving certificate can be produced.
  • Father's domicile certificate is necessary if the applicant has not completed 18 years of age.
  • Ration card, Electricity bill, Identity card, and Affidavit.

If born outside Maharashtra

  • Student will have to produce birth certificate or school leaving certificate has to be produced.
  • Besides this, Father's domicile certificate is necessary if the applicant has not completed 18 years  of age.
  • Ration card, Electricity bill, Identity card, and Affidavit.
  •   Proof of living in Maharashtra for 10 consecutive years: Photocopy of Bank Passbook for 10 consecutive year, Photocopy of Electricity bill for 10 consecutive years  and a proof of incom

The government also plans to offer fee waiver schemes for students from Economically Backward Classes (EBC), and students can benefit from Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme for Engineering Courses, Rajarshi Shahu Scholarship, etc. for which it is necessary to obtain a certificate of income for the current year from the Tehsildar's office.

Following documents are required with the application:

  • Ration card, PAN Card, Voter ID card, Affidavit and Electricity bill.
