Finalize Class 12 Board Results By July 22: CBSE To Schools

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has informed all schools within its purview that July 22 is the ultimate day to finalize board results for Class 12. In order to achieve this and help the schools, all the regional offices, as well as the examination department of the headquarters, will operate from 10 am to 5 pm.

In the circular, the board stated that July 21, 2021, has been declared as a holiday owing to the Eid celebration. Additionally, schools affiliated with the board are occupied working on Class 10 and Class 12 results, it mentioned. It also stated that the last date to finalize the Class 12 results is July 22.

Dr Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examination in this circular also elucidated that the board has been receiving doubts and requests from the educational institutions through various modes of communication. For the same, FAQs are being prepared which is expected to be provided to all the schools by noon enabling them to charter the next course of action.

According to reports, last week, the board asked its affiliated schools to check Class 12 marks on the average of the last three years. This is said to be undertaken to make certain that the bunching of total marks more than 95 doesn’t occur this academic year. If the school is found to be surging marks, the board will moderate it prior to proclaiming results by 31 July. It also voiced action against those who commit the same.

On the other hand, CBSE Class 10 results can soon be accessed by students on DigiLocker, the online storage of the Union Government.
