Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Hungarian National Assembly Zsolt Nemeth MP and Vice Chairman Dr Attila Tilki met Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on Thu (11 Jan).

 
Speaking on the occasion Committee Chairman Zsolt Nemeth expressed the need to establish cooperation between universities in Maharashtra and Hungary. Stating that higher education, especially medical science is an important area of cooperation, he expressed the hope that Hungary will have an Indian University.

Matters of strengthening parliamentary cooperation between Hungary and India and enhancing cooperation in Education, Agriculture and Culture were discussed. Consul General of Hungary in Mumbai Ferenc Jary, Secretary of the Foreign Affairs Committee Dr Robert Furjes and PA to the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee Anna Loffler were present.
