The Indian startup industry is constantly evolving and growing with numerous startups emerging everyday. However, raising funds has remained a tedious task for most early stage startups, till date.
Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur has come up with a ‘shark tank’ like on-spot funding platform to help startups raise INR 1.5 Million in just 10 minutes! Million at Stake (MAS) is a well curated on-spot funding platforms, that sees a participation of top-notch startups from around the country.
To participate Startups have register for the event on here. After registration the startups will be scrutinised through 2 levels and then selected for pitching at Million At Stake in front of an acclaimed panel of investors. On the event day, the 7 shortlisted startups will get 10 minutes each to pitch in front of the panel, followed by Q&A for 5 mins.
Last year, MAS witnessed participation of more than 100+ startups from across the nation, out of which 7 startups crossed both the stages of scrutinisation and made it to the event, where they pitched in front of the esteemed panel of investors.
Previous investors for MAS include Prakhar Agarwal (India Investments, AngelList ), Gaurav Agrawal (Angel Investor), Pankaj Thackar (Founder, Padup Ventures ), Raghav Kanoria (Founder, Neoleap Accelerator ), and other eminent investors.
