The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has started the online registration process for undergraduate admissions to agriculture and allied courses for the 2026–27 academic year. Eligible candidates can submit their applications until July 25 through the official admission portal.
The centralised admission process covers nine undergraduate programmes, including B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Fisheries Science, Community Science, Agricultural Business Management, Agricultural Biotechnology, and B.Tech programmes in Agricultural Engineering and Food Technology. These courses are offered across 195 colleges affiliated with Maharashtra's four agricultural universities, with a total intake of 17,586 seats.
Candidates who have qualified MHT-CET 2026 (PCM/PCB), JEE, or NEET, depending on the course eligibility, can apply online by uploading the required documents and certificates. While the registration process has begun, the detailed admission schedule, including merit lists, counselling rounds, and seat allotment, will be announced after the declaration of the NEET 2026 results.
Applicants have been advised to regularly check the official admission portal for updates on eligibility criteria, admission rules, and the counselling schedule.
