After the first round ended on July 7, the Directorate of Education announced the schedule for the second round.  Accordingly, students will be given time from July 10 to 13 to make corrections in Part 1 of the application and fill in their college preference. Also, the second round list will be announced on the website on July 17.

The Directorate of Education has announced the schedule for the second round after the deadline for admissions for the first round of class 11. Accordingly, the details of the vacancies for the second round will be announced on July 9.  

After that, from 10 am on July 10 to 6.30 pm on July 13, students will be able to register for new classes, make corrections in Part 1, and fill in their preference orders for students who did not get admission in the regular round.

The second round list will be announced on the website on July 17. Students whose names are announced in the second list will have to visit the college in person between July 18 and 21 to confirm their admission. After that, the details of the vacancies for the third round will be announced on July 23. Students will be able to register their applications for admission under the quota during this period.

The first round of 11th admissions ended on July 7. 5 lakh 8 thousand 96 students from across the state took admission in this round. In the first round, the maximum number of students admitted from the science stream was 1 lakh 4 thousand 120, followed by 58 thousand 948 from the commerce stream and 31 thousand 155 from the arts stream. 

While 1 lakh 24 thousand 98 students have been denied admission. Out of these, all students except those whose first choice college has been declared will have the opportunity to get admission in the second round. 

Also, 1,944 students took admission but cancelled, out of which 361 students took admission under quota and cancelled. Similarly, junior colleges denied admission to 6,402 students.
