GATE 2021 will be held in the first week of February, and this year IIT Bombay is organising the exam. Students from different streams will appear in the exam and as per the scheduled dates, 6th, 7th, 13th, and 14th February. The admit Card of GATE 2021 has been released which can be downloaded from the official website at https://appsgate.iitb.ac.in/.
Many Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) consider GATE 2021's scorecard to shortlist the candidates for various jobs. However, some PSUs directly recruit the candidates based on their GATE score. All the shortlisted candidates have to undergo a further selection process, which may vary as per various PSUs.
The expected cutoff marks for GATE 2021 for the recruitment in various PSUs have been discussed in this article. Students will get some glimpse regarding the cutoff marks in different PSUs.
Public Sector Undertakings are the centrally owned enterprises which may either be undertaken by Central government i.e. Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSUs) or by State government as State Level Public Sector Enterprises (SLPEs).
Keeping the ever-increasing competition in mind, you should prepare diligently for the recruitment to a PSU through GATE in 2021. The criteria of selection to various PSUs vary. Sometimes candidates have to appear in the written test conducted by PSUs but in most of the cases candidates are recruited on the basis of their GATE score card, followed by personal interview.
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has financial autonomy and is supported to achieve the status of global giant in the domain of petroleum.
In order to be recruited at HPCL, candidates have to qualify the cutoff marks of GATE 2021. After that, they also need to appear in the personal interview. The final merit list is created on the basis of 85% weightage of the exam score and 15% weightage is given to Personal Interview.

Students who have qualified the cutoff marks as per GATE exam are eligible to appear in the next stage. The selection process of PGCIL is divided into three steps:
Cut off marks of the Exam - 85% weightage
Group Discussion - 3% Weightage
Personal Interview - 12% weightage
The final score will be calculated on the basis of above-mentioned criteria and candidates will be recruited accordingly.
Gas Authority of India (GAIL) serves the nation through their extensive exploration and transmission of Natural gas to the country. Cutoff marks for the post of executive trainee in various Engineering branches are mentioned below. These are the cutoff marks of GATE 2020.

Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, BARC gives an opportunity to engineering Graduate students and Science Post Graduates to be recruited as scientific officers either through Orientation Course for Engineering Graduates and Science Post Graduates (OCES) or DAE Graduate Fellowship Scheme (DGFS).

Interview Stage: After that, they have to appear in an interview. The interview is usually held in months of May to July.
The competition is getting tougher day by day, so the candidates are advised to score at least more than the cut off marks. They should keep checking the official websites of PSUs and remain aware about recent vacancies released by various PSUs.
