Actress Karishma Tanna's husband Varun Bangera and actor Sameer Kochhar have complained to the Andheri police about a fraud of INR 1 cr. It is alleged that fraud has been committed in the name of giving flats in Bandra.
A case has been filed against Proneet Prem Nath and his wife Ameesha in Andheri police station. The complainant, actor Sameer Kochhar, had lodged a complaint with the police. According to the complaint, Kochhar and Karishma Tanna's husband Varun Bangera had decided to buy a flat in Bandra in December 2020. At that time, information was received that Pronit Nath and his wife Ameesha were constructing a four-storey building in the Pali village area of Bandra West.
Accordingly, Kochhar decided to buy a flat for 1.95 cr rupees and Bangera for INR 90 lakh. For this, Kochhar paid INR 58.50 lakh and Bangera paid INR 44.66 lakh. Thereafter, in June 2023, the accused informed him that he did not want to sell the flat. Then he approached the High Court. At that time it was noticed that the concerned flat was sold to someone else. After that, he lodged a complaint with the Andheri police.
