Mumbai has been hit by cyclone Biparjoy and now it has come to light that this cyclone is moving towards Gujarat. Gujarat is expected to be the worst affected by this cyclone. It has been announced by the Meteorological Department that this storm will especially affect Kutch and Jamnagar districts of Gujarat.
Cyclone Biparjoy is expected to pass over Saurashtra and Kutch on June 15 evening. The wind speed of this cyclone is expected to range from 125-135 kmph to 150 kmph. The Chief of Meteorological Department, Mrithanjay Mohapatra, has given information about this in a press conference. Meanwhile, India Meteorological Department and NDMA Department have issued important advisory for the safety of people.
