Mumbaikars are tired of the humidity due to the sudden rains in the evening time and the heat throughout the day. Both Santacruz and Colaba centres recorded above average temperatures on Monday. The Meteorological Department has predicted that the heat will remain high in Mumbai for the next two days.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 33.5 degrees Celsius at the Meteorological Department's Colaba centre and 34.4 degrees Celsius at the Santacruz centre on Monday. Temperatures at both centres were recorded one degree higher than Sunday. The weather department has predicted that the temperature will remain between 34 and 36 degrees Celsius for the next two days.
