Mumbai - The Mumbai Police have made special arrangements to implement the Mumbai High Court order banning the bursting of fire crackers after 10 pm. The ban will however be relaxed up to midnight on ‘Laxmipujan’ during Diwali festival. Citizens can call the police on 100 to report any breach of the HC ruling.
