Jogeshwari - It is almost 10 years, yet Kokan Nagar's SRA project does not have Occupation Certificates (OC). Residents are also unhappy as they don't have basic amenities. In the year 1996, these buildings were constructed and in 2004-05 possession was handed over to the residents. Out of the constructed 10 buildings, seven buildings have got occupation certifiacte(OC) while other three buildings have not got OC. This has enraged the residents who are paying various forms of taxes due to lack of OC. They complained to State Housing minister Ravindra Waikar who asked SRA officials to take action against such developer. He also added that to blacklist the developer.
