Amid the contemporary interiors, the highlights of the café include open-show kitchens, western Grills, live ice cream counters, an extensive list of beverages, hand-pulled noodles, and most importantly fresh microgreens, which the guests can scissor and use. Dishes curated by Chef Sahil promise to take you on an exciting gastronomical journey. Some of the popular servings include Kolhapuri mutton mantao, brie tempura, barbeque salad – barley, beets and quinoa, naga chili roasted spring chicken (pan jus), Burmese Khao Suey and others. Besides the food, the popular choices on the vast list of beverages include sunset by the Cinderella staircase, by the lake, flaming night, Matilda’s royale and Terra Merita and others.
While talking about the new offering with Mumbai Live, General Manager, Nicholas Dumbell, Renaissance Mumbai referred to the Tom Hank’s iconic film, and said,
