Guests are served a vast menu of traditional dishes which include a signature welcome drink, one steamed & one fried farsan, one special dish of the day, four different types of vegetable, two types of Indian dal (Rajasthani/Gujarati), two types of kadhi (Rajasthani/Gujarati), three different types of traditional Indian breads, two types of rice, two different unlimited desserts on weekdays, three different unlimited desserts on weekends, poppadums, two types of chutney, two types of pickles, salad, special smoked herb buttermilk and a sweet masala pan to end with.
