Jitasa Hospitality Pvt. Ltd, announced the launch of its first flagship brand, Loca Lucho in Mumbai.

A mission-style Mexican delivery kitchen, Loca Lucho is the brainchild of food entrepreneurs Nisarg Doshi and Vivek Jhaveri. Loca Lucho opened its first cloud kitchen in Carter Road, Khar, with another opening in South Mumbai in November.

The delivery kitchen emphasises on a variety of the best mission-style burritos, the use of fresh ingredients, the best burrito bowl, tacos and guacamole and the most flavourful cuisine overall. Loca Lucho is driven by a brand mascot named ‘Lucha’, originated from the popular Lucha Libre that refers to professional wrestling in Mexico.

The menu is healthy and fresh, handcrafted by Celebrity Chef Gracian D’Souza. A classic Mexican menu, it includes Burritos, Burrito Bowls, Soft Shell Tacos and Salad Bowls made with the fresh, high-quality ingredients. Loca Lucho offers ‘Build your own Burrito’ concept where customers can make their own burritos or bowls by choosing ingredients, selecting protein and sauces - ranging in flavor and heat. The company aims to attract large number of customers for both full meals and lighter snacking throughout the day as well as for hefty late night dinners and party orders.

The soon-to-be launched Kids Menu will include delicious, healthful offerings and plenty of fun indulgences, too.

Signature ingredients include Chipotle Chicken, Potatoes, Peri-Peri Cottage Cheese, Pork, Charred Cherry Tomato and Pineapple and Sage Salsa and Wholesome Guacamole. Also, popular are chips three ways of three different flavors served with the spicy habanero sauce.
