In regular vaccination, the beneficiaries of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) area are being planned and effectively implemented by taking proper precautions to ensure that no one is deprived of vaccination. Accordingly, a city task force committee has been formed under the chairmanship of Municipal Commissioner Rajesh Narvekar where the committee meets every month and reviews it.

As per the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and State Government, Government of India, U-WIN portal will be launched across the country from August 1, 2023, further improving the vaccination process. This will eliminate the need for parents to remember vaccination dates to vaccinate their children. Also you don't have to keep the Mata Child Care Card. The U-Win portal will have complete information on getting all types of vaccines for children. Importantly, it can be seen in any district or state hospital other than your residential district.

The government is very alert to ensure that every child is vaccinated and the health of the child is protected and is paying special attention to vaccination. State level, district level training camps are being organised on behalf of the government to get complete information about this U-Win portal.

A similar special training session on U-Win Portal under the guidance of Medical Health Officer Dr. Prashant Jawade was conducted by Assistant Health Officer Dr. Ratnaprabha Chavan. In this training session, District Coordinator of U-Win Portal Shefali Gadpayle trained Municipal Medical Officers, LHVs and Data Entry Operators giving detailed information about U-Win Portal.

Online record availability

Immunisation records of pregnant mothers and babies will be available online through the U-WIN portal. This record will be maintained by the U-WIN portal. Specifically, real-time entry of beneficiaries' vaccines will be done under the U-WIN portal. Pregnant mother and child will be registered on this portal. This portal will work in the same way as the Ko-Win portal for vaccination during the Corona period. U-WIN portal will be linked with Aadhaar card. According to this, even after delivery, the immunisation record of mother and baby will continue to be recorded online by the health workers on the portal. A unique ID will be generated for each child.

Incoming messages on mobile

During Corona, the message was received on the registered mobile number after vaccination. On the same lines, after receiving the vaccine, a message will be sent to the registered mobile number through the U-WIN portal and all the details related to the vaccination will be recorded on the U-WIN portal. Most importantly the beneficiary will not face any problem in availing the immunisation in any state and district. A single click on the portal will give you the vaccination details.

After this training at the NMMC headquarters, ANM training will be conducted from July 14 to July 20 in Municipal Primary Health Centers and Hospitals. In the same manner, the training of Asha volunteers and other staff will also be completed at the civil primary health centre level by July 30.

In this way, through the U-Win portal, vaccination will be planned and parents will not need to stress about remembering the dates of vaccination and vaccination can be done anywhere in the state. Training in this regard is being provided through the government and Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, which is ahead in every work, is also in the forefront in this regard.
