A horrifying incident took place in Mira Road, where a truck carrying LPG cylinders caught fire in the wee hours of Monday night, February 8.

According to reports, in this incident seven cylinders, one after another blast. The mishap took place between 1:45 am and 2:30 am in a ground near St. Pauls School in Shanti Garden area, Mira Road. More than four fire brigade reached the spot immediately to control the fire, and soon it was cooled down. As a result, all cylinders did not catch fire.

The local residents panicked and had landed to roads after hearing the blast.
