The multi-level car parking facility has been constructed under package -4 of this affordable housing scheme at Plot No.3 in Kharkopar. The construction commenced on March, 4, 2025 and was completed on April 17, 2025, three days ahead of schedule, accomplishing the entire project in just 42 days. Traditionally, such construction requires a period of six months; thus, a time-saving of approximately four and a half months has been achieved. This feat was made possible by the use of advanced and globally recognised precast technology. A total number of 2,212 precast components were utilised. The building is an RCC Structure constructed from plinth to terrace.

The building comprises Ground + 6 floors, with the six upper floors allocated for car parking and the ground floor designated as a community Center. The total built-area of the parking facility is 1.43 lakhs sq. ft., designed to accommodate 365 four-wheelers. With the growing use of personal vehicles and limited urban space, the issue of parking in the city is becoming increasingly critical. This multi-level parking solution will significantly ease the parking challenges for residents of CIDCO’s housing complexes.

CIDCO’s housing complexes are, in every aspect, designed to elevate the standard of living for residents. Situated at prime locations within developed nodes of Navi Mumbai, these complexes offers all basic amenities along with excellent connectivity. These affordable housing projects by CIDCO provides modern amenities that are on par with those offered by private developers. The construction of a multi-level car parking facility marks a significant step by CIDCO towards further enhancing the completeness of its housing complexes.
