Mumbai- MHADA Mumbai Division is ready with the possession process of the flats to the winners of the lottery, wherein 367 winners in Mulund are still waiting for possessions. Mhada flats have not yet received OC from BMC that is why possession is still pending.
The lottery conducted by MHADA in year 31 May 2015 2015, for the total 367 houses at Gavanpada in Mulund in which 182 for lower income group, 185 for the mid-income group. The formalities for possessions are also to be done and the OC is still not issued to the building by BMC.
MHADA officers have accepted that the possessions are pending only because BMC has not issued the OC for the building.
