In this regard, Sajjad Hussain Ansari member of National Human Rights Commission filed complaint in the year 2012. The hearing was on 24 November entailing the case, registered in Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission with the case number - 4219/2011-2012.
Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission after hearing the case announced facilities must be provided to every family of Ganpat Patil Nagar, Dahisar. Concerned department dealing with this case should submit their report within three weeks to the commission. R/North ward officer said," Order has been given, but have not got the copy regarding that."
