The smartphone and laptop have turned into virtual marketplaces, with sites like Amazon which are offering 30- 60 per cent discounts on apparels and accessories. On sites like Shopclues, flea market deals start at as low as Rs 14 and discounts go up to 92 per cent. As Bandra resident chartered accountant Himesh Malik says, "Usually, shopping at the fag end of the month is not very encouraging. But with these offers, one can shop and still not worry about burning a hole in your pocket."
