Mumbai - The annual Kala Ghoda festival in south Mumbai concluded on Sunday, 12 February.
One of the highlights of the 17th edition of the Kala Ghoda arts festival was a splendid performance by SNDA - the Sumeet Nagdev Dance Academy. Christened Trishna - it was a tribute to women's struggle to hold their own against the atrocities caused by greed and power.
SNDA is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and has in the past 10 years, staged a performance at Kala Ghoda every year. Young artists Neeraj Lohani, Shradha Lavhate, and Kiran Shende enthralled the audience with their performances. The music for this act was composed by Sanchit Mhatre and Jayant Pawar.
