Just like Miss India finalist is chosen to represent the nation at Miss World every year, Mr India finalist too makes India proud at the international platforms. Many youngsters today look forward to making a mark with such pageants and also bring a difference to the society by associating with the social causes.

Just like every year this year, too many men from across the nations participated in Peter England Mr India 2017 contest. The finale of the same was held today at Bandra Fort, where Jitesh Singh Deo from Lucknow won the title and will eventually represent India at Mr World 2020.

However, not many know that Jitesh had previously participated in the Mr India contest in 2015, and was also close to becoming a finalist. Luck may not have favoured him then, but today, after the hard work, Lucknow’s actor/model has won the title.

Apart from Jitesh, Prathamesh Maulingkar, Abhi Khajuria and Pavan Rao were also feliciatated with the titles at the finale today. Ace Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut announced and congratulated the winners. Around 16 contestants from different parts of in India came together for the finale.



Former Mr. India Rohit Khandelwal, who won the first Mr World title for the country was given the ‘Icon Of The Year,’ award, at the event held at Bandra fort in Mumbai.
