Byculla - For the 25th year running, the BIT chawl held a qawwali programme starting Monday midnight to mark Mahaparinirvan Din. Qawallis evoking the memories of Ambedkar were presented by Datta Kharat at these iconic chawls located on Keshavrao Khadye Marg in Byculla. Shaheed Shanghare organised the programme.
