Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Maharashtra will soon announce its list of candidates who will be contesting the upcoming state assembly elections scheduled in mid-October this year.
AAP informed that they have received a huge response from those who desire to contest polls under the party’s banner.
Amid the ongoing mass exodus of opposition leaders from Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and Congress, AAP stated that senior political figures have also established contact with the party and will join AAP ahead of the polls.
In a statement, AAP stated that its politics is for the people and the party intends to create ‘people-centric’ new political culture while saying that it will be announcing its candidate list shortly.
