Kandivali - Bharatiya Janta Party spokesperson Prem Shukla addressed a public rally organised in Kranti Nagar ward number - 39 on Wednesday.
The rally was held near the public relations office of arch rivals Congress. The Congress party candidates were seen sitting inside the PRO office till the BJP rally ended. "BJP will do a surgical strike on Shiv Sena," quipped Shukla after the rally.
