Mumbai - Block rearrangement has taken every political party by storm and it seems they are losing their grounds in different areas. K/East ward one of the prominent western suburban ward saw a remarkable change. There are 14 blocks in the ward from 72-86. The change is as follows -
Block no. - 74,75 reserved for open category female candidates, Samidha Rane will contest from here, Pramod Sawant was the corporator of the area.
Block -76 reserved for OBC Male, Congress Corporator Kesarben Murji Patel bear the brunt, BJP's Avinash Bhagwat likely to contest.
Block - 80 reserved for open category Male, Shiv Sena's Shailesh Parab likely to contest, his wife was the corporator before the draw.
Block -72 has been changed to Block-81, The block is reserved for OBC Male, Corporator Sunita Ilawadekar suffered the blow.
Block -72 reserved for OBC Male, Block -73 reserved for open category Male.
